You can tell fall is around the corner when you see the Shenandoah in our showcase!
We layer caramel mousse, roasted pears, maple glazed walnuts and vanilla cake and then top it all with a mousse we make with local Thibaut-Janisson Winery Virginia Brut. This is a truly special cake.
